The house dates back to the early 80s and generally looks in good working conditions. The building is divided in two apartments; the one on the ground floor has a proper kitchen, a well-sized dining/sitting area, one bedroom, one bathroom and a little shed is used as storage and laundry space. On the top floor, there is a large three-bedrooms apartment, with two bathrooms, a generous dining/sitting area opening on the front balcony overlooking the bay of Bosa and a small open kitchen.
